How do I upgrade my subscription plan?

Upgrading your subscription in the Smart Site Plan Platform is a simple process.

  1. Log in and select the S logo at the top-left corner to open the main menu.
  2. Choose the option labeled Account from the menu.
  3. Navigate to the Subscription section and select your current subscription plan.
  4. Choose the desired plan from the available options. Before selecting the button labeled Upgrade, review the note in the subscription window. Note: If you are within your free trial period, no prorated charge will apply, and your next billing will reflect the new plan’s cost. If you are outside the free trial period, a prorated charge for the remaining time on your current plan will be processed immediately to activate the new plan’s benefits.
