How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription in the Smart Site Plan Platform is a simple process.

  1. Log in and select the S logo at the top-left corner to open the main menu.
  2. Choose the option labeled Account from the menu.
  3. Navigate to the Subscription section and select the option labeled Cancel subscription. If this is your first time cancelling your subscription, you might get an offer that provides a discounted next payment. Rejecting this offer will allow you to cancel.
  4. If you see the options labeled Continue subscription and a message stating Your subscription will end on followed by a date, your subscription has been successfully canceled.
