Canceling your subscription in the Smart Site Plan Platform is a simple process.
- Log in and select the S logo at the top-left corner to open the main menu.
- Choose the option labeled Account from the menu.
- Navigate to the Subscription section and select the option labeled Cancel subscription. If this is your first time cancelling your subscription, you might get an offer that provides a discounted next payment. Rejecting this offer will allow you to cancel.
- If you see the options labeled Continue subscription and a message stating Your subscription will end on followed by a date, your subscription has been successfully canceled.
