Managing automatic payments for your subscription is straightforward in the Smart Site Plan Platform. By default, automatic payments are enabled for your subscription.
- Log in and select the S logo at the top-left corner to open the main menu.
- Choose the option labeled Account from the menu.
- Navigate to the Subscription section and select the option labeled Automatic renewal.
- Select No to disable automatic renewal, and a message will appear at the bottom of the window stating Your subscription will end on followed by the date.
- Select the button labeled Save to apply your changes.
